On this site I whole-heartedly recommend various books and materials for becoming a better ukulele player.
Some links are affiliate links and help support my efforts in the form of a few pennies here and there.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- String numbers: A=1, E=2, C=3 & G=4
- Right hand finger lettering: P=Thumb & I=Index
- Each of the fingerstyle patterns below is performed with an alternating thumb and index motion in either an I P I P or P I P I pattern.
CHALLENGE
Earn your Fingerstyle Level 1 patch by demonstrating four of the following two-beat fingerstyle patterns in 3/4 & 4/4 time (two from each time signature). You may use a song or songs you are working on to demonstrate the patterns, or the following chord sequence taken from the Level 1 Core Chords: C C7 F G7 (one measure per chord, repeated at least two times). Demonstrated patterns should keep a consitent beat with no noticeable pauses between chords. Patterns may be played straight or swung.
